How quickly can you get contractors to the property?
Templeton has a nationwide panel of experienced contractors. For urgent security matters we can usually get someone to the property in a matter of hours and our panel can cover almost any issue you can think of from a dripping tap to Japanese Knotweed.
Who will have access to the property?
The security of the property is our priority. Keys / Access will only be given to our approved contractors or to others that have been given authority in advance. I.D. will need to be provided for each visit and all visits are recorded on a log.
