Why do I need investment portfolio management?
The deceased’s estate may occasionally include investment buy-to-let (BTL) or other investment properties that the Executor cannot deal with or manage. We can offer professional and comprehensive management of all investment properties to ensure that they are maintained and continue to generate an investment return, thus ensuring that the investment is protected.
What does investment portfolio management include?
Our service includes the management of any existing tenancies, collection of rent, dealing with the day-to-day management of the property, ensuring all legislative obligations are met, such as required safety certificates, and assisting in devising a strategy as to the best means of generating a return for the estate i.e. when/how should the property be sold.
What happens to the rent received?
